What the service is. We collect roof requests and forward each one to an independent local roofer. We are not a roofing contractor. We perform no roofing work, prepare no bids or prices of our own, sign no contracts with homeowners and take no part in insurance claims. Any inspection, estimate, contract, payment or warranty is strictly between you and the roofer you choose to hire.

No guarantees about roofers. Roofers who receive referrals are separate businesses, not our employees, agents or partners. We don't promise that a roofer will be available, or anything about its timing, price, workmanship or conduct. Please check insurance, references and any required city registration yourself before you sign.

Information on the site. Articles, cost figures, the cost calculator and the repair-or-replace quiz give general, rough guidance. Rules and prices change, so confirm anything important with your city's building office, your insurer or the roofer.

Using the site fairly. Please give accurate details when you make a request, and don't misuse the forms, copy the site's content for commercial use or try to disrupt how it runs.

Limits on our responsibility. To the fullest extent Texas law permits, Roof Replacement Round Rock TX isn't liable for any loss, damage or dispute arising from a roofer's work, advice or conduct, or from your reliance on general information found on this site.

Governing law. The laws of the State of Texas govern these terms and any dispute about them. We may revise these terms from time to time, and the date above shows the current version.
