A complaint about this site. If something about our service, a form or a page bothered you, call (512) 555-0163 or write to us through the contact page. Tell us what happened, when, and what you'd like done. We read every complaint and follow up with the person who sent it.

A complaint about a roofer. We don't supervise any roofer's work, but we want to hear when a referral goes badly, and we may stop sending requests to a company after a complaint. Raise the problem with the roofer first, in writing, and keep copies of your contract, receipts, photos and messages. If that doesn't settle it, the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Hotline takes consumer complaints at 800-621-0508. An offer to waive or cover your insurance deductible is illegal in Texas and worth reporting.

A question about insurance. For questions about your policy, a claim or how an insurer treated you, call the Texas Department of Insurance Help Line at 800-252-3439. We can't take part in claims or speak to an insurer for you.

A building or permit concern. Questions about permits or code requirements belong with the building office for the city where the house sits.
